Jennifer Panaia

Jennifer Panaia joined the management team at Raritan Valley Country Club in January of 2014 as Member Communications/Employee Relations Director. With over 15 years of payroll/human resources experience in the club and hospitality industry, Jennifer was a valuable addition to our administrative team. In addition to her responsibilities in support of our staff, Jennifer’s experience in website administration and social media management, as well as her talents in graphic design and marketing, have helped to enhance and elevate communications with our membership.

With the engagement of Troon in the fall of 2017, the focus of Jennifer’s role shifted to the member communications/marketing aspect of her former role and in March of 2019, her role expanded to include the responsibilities of Membership Director.

Jennifer is a native of Southern California who resides in Yardley, PA with her two sons, Dominic and Angelo.
